Hamster Cam watches your webcam and picks a hamster meme to match whatever you are doing with your hands, arms and head. Hand, face and body landmarks are read by MediaPipe, and the gesture rules run on the numbers.

Everything happens inside this browser - no frames are uploaded anywhere. A gesture has to win 7 of the last 12 frames before the hamster switches, so a single bad read never flickers the picture.
